Industrial Visits
Industrial Visit is very essential for students who are studying engineering. Because there is a lot of difference between what we have studied and what actually happens in the industry. Yes every B.E student should go for an industry to do Industrial Visit. But it is very useful if you go in the first year itself. After that try to go for an internship. Because you can learn more things by doing internship in the industry.
Industrial Visit is about observing how the industry functions. What are all the processes are carried out like that.
Internship is about doing some part of the industry's work. So that you can able to understand the things more deeply and also you can able to identify what are all the qualities expected from an engineer by the industrial persons.
So try to do two or three Industrial Visits in your first year. After that atleast do one internship per year for the remaining years.
